My approach to design goes beyond the visuals or user experience with a product, encompassing the entire customer journey. I approach design holistically, taking the time to understand each piece of a customer’s experience and how they come together to tell a compelling story. Crafting these stories and experiences are what I truly enjoy doing as a designer.

Freelance design for clients. Consult on marketing, brand, and design strategy. Design key graphics, identity, and branded marketing assets, such as websites for clients.
Led a team of designers on all marketing initiatives, including product marketing, consumer marketing, and B2B campaigns. I provided art/creative direction and messaging for my team across all campaigns, whilst performing design work as an individual contributor.
Key areas that I managed included Shopkick.com, high-visibility launch campaigns, user engagement and onboarding communication and testing, and more.
